Publication of the Financial Literacy & Wellbeing Among European Youth survey
We are glad to publish our research “Financial Literacy & Wellbeing Among European Youth” mapping the financial knowledge, behaviors, confidence, and future perspectives of young people.
The survey was conducted with the participation of 102 young individuals aged 17–30 from more than 15 European countries.
The findings highlight a critical contradiction: although young people possess digital literacy and basic financial knowledge, they feel they lack the proper tools to develop long-term financial resilience. This challenge is intensified by a significant knowledge gap in key concepts, despite their expressed and strong desire to learn. In fact, the prevailing economic instability appears to act as a catalyst, driving 57% of respondents to seek professional opportunities abroad.
The message is clear: youth do not lack motivation, but rather seek reliable guidance and targeted education to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practice.
