The ECB Simulation Conference for university students is more than just a conference. It is a complete learning and participation experience. This stage begins once most participants have been confirmed and is aimed at preparing them meaningfully for the Conference themes. It includes the distribution of educational material and essential information, optional preparation calls, and ongoing communication with the organising team for questions and clarifications.

The first day of the Conference follows a seminar format, featuring distinguished speakers from institutions, the market, and academia. Its purpose is to help participants understand the key themes and connect them with real-world developments.
