The 10th ECB Simulation Conference for university students will take place from 27 to 30 November 2026, at the premises of the Bank of Greece and the Troias Building of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
This 10th anniversary edition offers a comprehensive educational experience, combining knowledge of key economic issues affecting the Eurozone with hands-on participation and networking opportunities.
At the heart of the Conference lies the two-way dialogue between young people, institutions, the market, and academia. Participants have the opportunity to engage with distinguished academics, institutional representatives, and business professionals, while also putting their knowledge and skills into practice through the simulation of the European Central Bank’s decision-making processes.

Pre-Conference Period: Begins once most participants have been confirmed and focuses on preparing them effectively for the Conference topics. It includes the distribution of educational materials and essential information, optional preparation calls, and ongoing communication with the organising team for questions and clarifications.
Day 1 | Training Day: The first day of the Conference follows a seminar format, featuring distinguished speakers from institutions, the market, and academia. Its aim is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the key Conference topics and connect them with real-world developments.
Days 2 & 3 | Committee Sessions: The core proceedings of the Conference, during which the committee sessions and the simulation take place. Participants discuss, negotiate, amend, and ultimately shape each committee’s final Agenda.
Day 4 | Experience Day: The final day has a more interactive character, featuring fireside discussions, workshops, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities with companies and organisations.
