Get Involved, in its commitment to transparency and openness, is pleased to announce the publication of its first Impact Report. In both qualitative and quantitative terms, the report communicates to our stakeholders the most noteworthy developments of the 2022-2023 academic year and discloses our next steps.
To serve as a social platform that bridges the gap between institutions, the market, academia, and youth, it is vital for these stakeholders to understand our structure, impact, and culture. In an effort to foster open and honest communication, we take the initiative to disclose the major internal and external developments that shaped our strategy in the past academic year, highlight our main accomplishments and milestones, and announce our goals for the Academic Year 2023-2024.
The Academic Year 2022 – 2023 was one of the most vital in the organization’s six-year journey. We faced numerous opportunities and challenges, such as the return to live events after the COVID-19 pandemic, the expansion of the management team, the launch of the Sustainable Future initiative, and the renewal of our Associate Team. Despite these challenges, we managed to organize three live events with 508 participants from 26 universities and 62 departments. We were honored to have 36 keynote speeches from representatives of the market (47.22%), institutions (38.89%), and academia (13.89%).
Get Involved is more than just its initiatives; our people are the heart of the organization. Without their dedication and hard work, most of our accomplishments would not be possible. We are privileged to have some of the brightest and most active youth in Greece on our team. The Management Team would like to thank them for their contribution, ideas, proposals, and positive attitude.
