Issue 16 of the ESG Insights initiative contains some of the most noteworthy developments in the ESG ecosystem that took place from the 6th of March to the 31st of March 2023, across the international and Greek spectrum. Other key developments included the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission [ACCC] review of the sustainable-related claims, the European Commission’s decision to focus on improving EU energy efficiency, the organization of the 2023 Sustainability Performance Directory, and the disclosures from Public Power Corp. about its performance on its Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes.
