Issue 14 – “Strategising for the Future”

Issue 14 of the ESG Insights initiative contains some of the most noteworthy developments in the ESG ecosystem that took place from the 28th of December 2022 to the 26th of January 2023, across the international and Greek spectrum. In this issue, supranational, national, and regulating developments aiming to achieve a more environmentally and socially sustainable future are examined.

This issue marks a highlight in the ESG Insights initiative, as it has now covered more than 200 ESG developments since its launch on the 2nd of November 2021. More specifically, after 14 issues the ESG Insights has covered 207 developments, 127 international and 80 domestic ones.
The February Issue contains fifteen unique topics, ranging from the European Central Bank’s decision to develop three new climate change indicators to the publication of the updated Reporting Framework of the PRI. Other key developments included clarifications announced by FED on the climate change stress-tests that will be carried out within 2023, the Scottish Government draft on its energy strategy and just transition, the announcement of the Crete region energy development plan and OTE Groups upgrade on the MSCI ESG Rating index.
