Get Involved is looking for its new members!
A few words about Get Involved:
Get Involved is a youth-led initiative that started in 2017 and addresses the student and youth audience through a series of projects. Indicatively: Annual Simulation Conference of the European Central Bank for university students, ESG Insights -a monthly report on ESG developments- and the organization of educational workshops and programs.
The main objective of Get Involved is to broaden and promote economic literacy through a multidisciplinary approach and to enhance interdisciplinarity and interaction among young people coming from different scientific backgrounds, while in its core lies experiential education.
New members are introduced to all departments of the organization through a rotating programme. These include the Scientific Department (writing study guides, research material, legal department, etc.), the Marketing Department (corporate communications, communications with organizations, social media presence), and the Operations Department (organization of activities, internal coordination, etc.).
The aim of the cyclical programme is to integrate each new member into the department or departments where his or her aptitudes, abilities and skills are most effectively utilised.
Position: Junior Associate
Every new member of Get Involved starts its partnership with the team as a Junior Associate. Upon successful assessment, the new associate is placed in a team and has the opportunity to work on multiple projects with other members. Junior associates work directly with Associates and Senior Associates and have the opportunity to learn about the processes, culture and the overall modus operandi of the team.
Get Involved consists of a group of young people, students and scientists, united by common values and principles, which cumulatively develop the organizational culture of Get Involved. The different backgrounds and skillsets of our people form a unique environment in which one can develop one’s skills.
